Silent Dialogue / 沉默的对话 is an illustrated, multilingual book of ideas conceived in connection with the exhibition of the same. It incorporates images of original artworks and specially commissioned pieces of original writing — non-fiction essays, stories, interview segments and poetry — by leading scholars, writers and visual artists from different disciplines, generations, cultural backgrounds and places across the country.

The book is interactive. QR codes link the reader to content which is being progressively rolled out online including: a bilingual reading room featuring selected readings in Chinese and English; artist viewing rooms; and, a specially commissioned soundscape.
The book has a beautiful linen cover, purposefully chosen to introduce a sense of the hand-made and engage with the reader’s sense of touch.
